We keep in touch
Perhaps this is common to you, but here is where we make the difference. You will not only see us at the beginning when advising and taking out the insurance. We also stay in touch afterwards and are happy to talk to you. Expat Insured will do this periodically but of course you do not have to wait for this if you have questions or want to discuss something with us.
We remain critical
You might be familiar with this situation: you have signed an energy contract years ago and now after reviewing it turns out you could or should have done things differently. It is an excellent idea to review your insurance package. We do this during the periodic update meeting. Not just the price but especially the quality is important to us. Expat Insured will not research the entire market for you to find the cheapest insurance. After all what is important to us is that you have good terms and conditions with an established quality insurer. Surely online is much cheaper? This can be the case however take a look at the next section and ask the customer service of that online insurer.
We settle your claims
This seems obvious but too often we see that the opposite is true. We are not only there for you when you take out insurance, but also if you need us in case of a claim. We will be happy to assist and fill in everything with you. Furthermore, together we will check exactly what happened on location. After this, we report the damage for you to the insurer and are on top of the further settlement of your claim. Would you prefer someone to be there when an expert comes to take a look? No problem, we will make sure we can be there.
We keep you informed
Once we have advised you and put together your insurance package, we are pretty sure it is exactly what you need at that moment. However, the market is constantly changing, so it is important that you stay well informed about it. Expat Insured continuously post relevant news articles on our site that are useful to you.
